Felt like total crap this morning when I got in the pool and started swimming. The arms just felt like they werent working at all. After slugging through the warmup and first set I still felt pretty shitty. Then it was time for the main set: 3x800 (easy, moderate, hard) w/ 1 min rest. I started feeling good towards the end of the first one and ended up feeling really strong on the last one, coming in at 9:47. Moral of the story? If you feel like crap in the pool... just swim faster!
