BOOOOOOO Tuesday!

So yeah... Tuesday has to be the worst day of the week. First of all, its Tuesday, which is not exciting in any way, shape, or form, and is way too far from the weekend. More importantly Tuesday is the day of the dreaded Zn4 intervals in the bicycle, today it is 8x5min, which means I just spend all day abhoring the thought of the agaony that awaits when I get home from work. But then again, lets face it, if it were easy everyone would do it...
