Another week in the books. The volume hasnt been extravagent but the intensity has been pretty high and was especially noticeable on Friday as I lacked some 'pop' in the workout Friday night.
I did however sneak in a few extra miles (dont tell Paulo) to get in 70 for the week on the run which is probably the most I've done since my second year of college. It does feel good to be back running a decent amount and hopefully this early season focus will provide a nice base for the rest of the year.
In other news, while I'm elated that daylight savings time began last weekend, it was a little weird finishing up my swim workout before the sun came up this morning. Yikes....
