Just got in from the usual Sunday ride + transition run and it was awesome out there. I actually had to take off the arm warmers as the temperature got up to the low 70s and I was even sweating quite a bit at the end. Today I had 3x(35min Zn2 + 25min Zn3) on the bike + a 40min run. I felt really strong on the Zn3 portions of the bike although it took me a little while to get into a good rhythym on the run. Something tells me those two things might be related...
