Well looks like the string of 70 mile run weeks ended as I started to back off a bit for the race this weekend. Pretty much all of the workouts went as planned which certainly helps the confidence coming into the first race of the season. Overall I'm feeling pretty good and looking forward to testing my fitness against what appears to be a pretty loaded field. Bring on the taper!
