Pretty light week last week due to having M, T, and W off. I finished up with some solid workouts though so I probably needed the rest. However, the highlight of the week without question was the fact that I made it through the running without any knee/IT pain. While that was certainly encouraging, whether or not I'll be ready for a reasonable performance at St. Anthony's is another story altogether...
Now I'm off to take on a massive of debt in the form of a home mortgage.
