Pretty darn good week, of course it helped that last Monday was MLK Jr day and I didnt have to work. It has also been nice to get back into a routine of running everyday. I've felt pretty good on the hard stuff and Saturday morning's trail run was a lot of fun. Hopefully this block of run training will lay a nice foundation for the rest of the year.
